Raven's Business Services Pty Ltd (herein called Raven's) uses personal information collected from the potential buyer to carry on the natural course of it's business and associated services.  Raven's may also use such information collected for promotional purposes.  Raven's may disclose information to other parties, including Vendors, Clients both existing and potential, financial institutions, government and statutory bodies and third parties required by law.
 
Raven's will only disclose information in this way to other parties as required to carry on the natural course of it's business, to achieve the purposes specified or as otherwise allowed under the Privacy Act 1988. 
 
If the Buyer would to access this information, they can do so by contacting Raven's using the contact information found on the Contact Us page.  The Buyer can also correct this information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.  Real Estate and Tax Law requires some of this information to be collected.  If the information is not provided Raven's may not be able to act effectively on the Buyer's behalf, or at all.
